When it comes to shooting my music video, there are many thing that I need to plan for. The first and most important thing I need to plan for is my song. As stated in previous blogs, I will be using the song 'Centerfield' by John Fogerty.  As mentioned in my Research Blog, the song is under the genre 'American rock and roll', and is baseball themed. Being that the song is baseball themed, brings up the next very important thing to plan for, location. The location I will be filming at is the baseball field at Holiday Park. I will be filming here because it is close to my house and perfect for the scenes I have planed for my video. Also the fields at Holiday Park are my stomping grounds because it is where I used to play baseball. That brings me to my next important thing to plan, schedule.   When it comes to researching for my music video, I looked up many other music videos on the same genre of music. Then, I will pick out conventions in those music videos that I think I should include in mine. The song I choose for the music video is 'Centerfield' by John Fogerty. The genre of music my song would be considered under is 'American rock and roll.' So, I looked up music videos under that genre. The first music video that I observed was 'American Rock 'n Roll' by Kid Rock. I choose this music video because it is full of scenes that include many conventions. A very noticeable convention and one that I will most likely include in my music video is the use of birds eye view and the fade in of the beginning of the song in the first scene. When it came to choosing class mates to work with on the music video, I didn't. Instead, I chose to work alone. I choose to work alone for many reasons. First, I didn't know who I should work with because I don't know many people in this class. Also, the people that I do know were already working with other people. Second, I choose to work alone because I don't know if I could rely on other people in my class to do there part in the project. I don't know if I could rely on them to show up for filming or video and if they would do all there blogs and on time. The third and final reason I chose to work alone is because I like taking time on the quality of my work and didn't want to feel rushed by a group. Hi, my name is Dylan Tanner. My birthday is October 29, 2007. At home I live with my Mom, Dad, younger sister, younger brother, and my dog Finn. We got Finn during the online school era of the pandemic. Me and my Mom (mostly me) would be home to take care and train Finn, while my younger siblings were at school, and my Dad was at work. After completing this project, I learned a lot. The first thing new thing I learned was the process of putting the project together. When it comes to putting the project together, there were many important steps that led up to the final product. These steps include Intro blog, Research and Planning blogs, Production blogs, Filming and Editing blogs, Project blog, and finally the Reflection blog. All blogs are twenty or more sentences, besides the Project blog. Also, all blogs must include a piece of  media. The Intro blog is a blog about your life, or you in general. The Research and Planning blog is blog explaining generally how you will be picking and choosing information that will be going into your final project.  When it comes to producing and editing my all about me commercial, there are many key factors. The key factor I will be discussing is editing. I will also talk about how I am going to format the commercial. For the commercial I have chosen five pictures, three videos, and two songs that represent me. First, Lets talk about pictures.
